Who can participate?
  • Builders:  enter a home in the Parade, be a sponsor, or advertise in the Parade Guide
  • Developers:  be a sponsor or advertise in the Parade Guide
  • Associates:  offer a vendor discount, be a sponsor, or advertise in the Parade Guide
Why participate?
  • The Parade of Homes is a powerful, proven marketing event for the pubic and RRHBA members.
  • Advertising opportunities.  the Parade will be advertised via television, radio, and print.
  • Competition.  Each home will be judged and category winners will be announced in the Parade Guide one week prior to the Parade.  The coveted REALTOR'S Choice Award will be featured on the cover of this issue.
